Spirit Airlines resumes operations from Charleston to Orlando


CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Spirit Airlines will resume non-stop flights from Yeager Airport (CRW) to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Yeager Airport officials say service is slated to resume on February 11th. It has been temporarily suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.

“We have worked tirelessly to make Yeager Airport safe for our passengers,” said Nick Keller, director and CEO of Yeager Airport. “We look forward to safely starting this service again. Orlando is a great destination for our passengers. “

“We’re excited to resume our Charleston-Orlando flights, offering our guests competitive fares and a convenient way to get to central Florida,” said John Kirby, vice president of network planning for Spirit Airlines.

The flight is offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The Spirit ticket booth at Yeager Airport will be open on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. from January 20th
