SoFresh enters the Orlando area market

Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh, casual meal concept that serves nutritious, cooked-to-order meals that are quick and healthy, is entering the Orlando market with its first location in Longwood.

According to Clay Donato, SoFresh Partner / Vice President Development. SoFresh has completed plans to open at Longwood’s Springs Plaza. It is near Publix on 434 West State Road.

“Central Florida has been on our radar for a while,” says Donato. “The Orlando Metro Market is an obvious start for SoFresh. We are very excited to serve the region with our menu items.”

Longwood’s owner / operator partners are Shea Hughes and Tyler Patten.

“I’ve been eating at SoFresh for a while as a customer,” says Patten. “I love the food and the culture. Cant wait to bring the SoFresh brand to Orlando and serve our delicious and nutritious meals to the community. “

SoFresh is slated to add eight to ten more locations in 2021, according to Donato. Upcoming openings in Tampa Bay include Carrollwood on May 11 and Palm Harbor, which will follow later this year.
