Prince Kaybee attends the Orlando Pirates training session

Orlando Pirates welcomed a special guest to their training session on Thursday as they continued preparations for Ahli Benghazi this weekend.

Pirates will fly to Libya this weekend to face The Butchers in their third encounter with the CAF Confederation Cup Group A on Sunday evening at the Mrtyrs of February Stadium.

Before leaving, local musician and disc jockey Kabelo Motsamai, better known as Prince Kaybee, visited Rand Stadium, where he was allowed to interact with some of the star players.

He is considered a longtime pirate fan who joins a list of celebrities who support the Soweto giants, including but not limited to Julius Malema, Arthur Mafokate and NaakmusiQ.

Kaybee has received multiple awards in his career to date and is popular with several hit singles including Better Days, Charlotte, Fetch Your Life, and Gugulethu to name a few.

The Buccaneers also went on Twitter to promote the latest album by Free State-born artist The 4th Republic, which was released in early March.

Did you know?

Prince Kaybee’s career began after winning a DJ competition on SABC 1 in 2015 and was named Male Artist of the Year at the 2018 South African Music Awards. He has 35 siblings.

Your thoughts please?

Do you think Kaybee’s visit will spur the Bucs to hold their undefeated CAF Confed Cup record this weekend?
