Portillo’s has set a new opening date for the Orlando restaurant
ORLANDO, Fla. – The wait is finally over. Portillo’s, the chain known for its Chicago-style hot dogs, has set a new opening date for its Orlando restaurant.

The restaurant on Palm Parkway near Disney World will open at 10:30 a.m. on June 15, the company announced on Thursday.
“Good things come to those who wait, and our Orlando fans couldn’t have been more patient – thank you!” Portillo said in a tweet.
Portillo’s Orlando debut had been delayed several times. The restaurant was originally slated to open in early March, before the company announced that fans would have to wait a little longer for its beef sandwiches.
The new 7,800 square meter restaurant will have a double passageway and a covered seating area on the outside terrace. Inside, customers will find a rock and roll decor.
This is Portillo’s third location. The company also has restaurants in Tampa and Brandon.
