Portillo Announces New Opening Date for Orlando Site – WFTV
ORLANDO, Florida – After some delay, the Portillos in Orlando are nearing opening.
The company announced on Twitter that the Orlando location will open on June 15 at 10:30 a.m.

Fans of the famous Italian beef sandwiches have been waiting since January when the fast food chain announced that the new location was coming to Orlando.

The company originally scheduled its newest restaurant to open in March, but announced that it would have to postpone the opening due to construction delays.
Best known for Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and their famous chocolate cake, the Oak Brook, Illinois-based chain is part of O-Town West’s $ 1 billion development.

Located at the intersection of Palm Parkway and Daryl Carter Blvd., the 7,800-square-foot restaurant has a diner-themed rock and roll theme.
The Orlando restaurant will be the third location in the state of Florida, along with locations in Tampa and Brandon.
