Popular online pizzeria is moving to an expanded facility in Orlando – WFTV
ORLANDO, Florida – Popular Brad’s Underground Pizza announced on Instagram Monday that it was moving to a larger kitchen in Orlando’s Curry Ford West in early July.
The one-man band ghost kitchen has taken Orlando’s gourmet scene by storm. Weeks to months before the hand-delivered cakes arrive, customers order thin-crust, double-decker and deep dish pizzas by direct message on Instagram.

Brad Czerkies said on Instagram he was stunned by the rave reviews of his pizza, which are often the subject of posts on the Orlando Foodie Forum, a Facebook group popular with restaurant enthusiasts in central Florida.

“I received well over 1,000 (direct messages),” he said in the post. “I have replied to many of you, but many more are waiting to hear from me. Do not worry. Their voices were heard. ”
Czerkies said immense demand forced him to move from his Maitland operation to Collab Kitchens, a facility on Curry Ford and South Conway streets that also houses Bento’s virtual kitchen and Doshi Box.

“I’m still a one-man-one-owner business and I do this for the people of Orlando. I’m doing this because we need it, ”he said in the post. “I do this because this is the food I grew up with and love. I enjoy sharing a little bit of my childhood with everyone. ”
He said that all orders will now be placed through bradsunderground.com and he will also be offering takeout. The delivery is now made via a third party provider.

Czerkies said he will post on his Instagram account as soon as he starts taking orders again.
