PHOTOS: Asian food kiosk takes over the former sushi location of Universal Orlando CityWalk
The food kiosk Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar was finally closed at the end of April this year. The location has been empty since then, and no replacement has been officially announced. Universal has only confirmed that it will be another quick service option. Today we noticed that new art and decorations were added to the kiosk.
Artworks of rooster, dragon, tiger, pig and goat can be seen everywhere – possibly based on the Chinese zodiac.
The kiosk is located on the upper level of CityWalk, near other popular dining options.
We assume that whatever the Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake Bar replaces will still be more Asian cuisine due to the artwork and theme.
It is advisable that Universal opens this soon to work with the other Asian food options now available from booths in Universal Studios for the Tokyo Summer Olympics.
