Orlando Bloom opens his life to Sunday Times readers.

In the new interview, the Pirates of the Caribbean star shares an average day in his lavish life that starts at 6:30 am every morning

After checking the results of his sleep app, he visits Daisy, the little daughter he shares with Mrs. Katy Perry, whom he is “resting” because she “needs her sleep”.

“Daisy is a very happy baby. I’ll kiss her and we’ll spend some time connecting. I’ll take a look at her eyes and sing songs with her, ”said Bloom.

Then it’s time for 20 minutes of Buddhist chant, which he has been doing “religiously every day” since he was 16.

At the beginning of the day, he refuses to look at his phone. “I don’t want to be drawn into the black hole of social media,” said Bloom.

“I like to make my breakfast, so I just have some green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein. It’s all pretty LA really, ”he admitted. “Then I’ll go for a hike listening to some Nirvana or Stone Temple pilots.”

At 9 o’clock it’s time for breakfast, “which usually consists of porridge, some hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries, a vegan protein powder and a cup of PG Tips. I’m 90 percent plant-based, so maybe I only eat a really good piece of red meat once a month. Sometimes I look at a cow and think it’s the most beautiful thing that has ever existed. At some point we will look back and not be able to believe that we used to eat meat. “

Bloom announced that he has also banned “tracksuit bottoms” from his home wardrobe. “I like to try,” he said.

Lunch, he revealed, “is mostly plant-based,” and when he doesn’t feel like cooking, a team of people is available to help.

“Then I’ll have a zoom and read scripts” before “lifting heavy weights for an hour, something that wears me out.”

After he and Perry put Daisy to bed, they have dinner and then watch a movie or documentary about work. I want to go to bed by 11 a.m. When I get eight hours of sleep, I’m happy, and so is my sleep tracker. Time is so precious. I’ve always given my time to other people. Now I have the space to dream. “

Since then, Bloom has become a running joke among his friends and family. Apparently, the green powder-eating lifestyle is a little too much of a California cliché for its inner circle.

“I was the running joke of my group of friends and my family,” he told the breakfast show “The Chris Evans Virgin Radio”. “I was asked what my porridge recipe was. Vanilla in your porridge takes it to the next level, by the way. “
