Orlando-based Foxtail Coffee is coming soon to 4th Street in St. Pete – St. Pete Rising

The single-origin offers come from Colombia, Ethiopia and Peru. There are also two mixes, like the Farmhouse Blend, a medium roast that is reminiscent of cherry, brown sugar and chocolate. Foxtail coffee is also packaged and sold in their cafes for a pound.

When the St. Pete outpost opens, Foxtail will serve all kinds of espresso-based drinks you can imagine, from lattes to cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados and much more. A myriad of brewing styles are available for coffee purists, including French press, aeropress, siphon, and pour-over. Cold Brew and Nitro Cold Brew will also be available.

Not in the mood for coffee? Foxtail 4th Street also serves tea and yaupon, a wild North American plant that is naturally caffeinated and very similar to tea. Expect around thirteen varieties such as chai, matcha, raspberry rose, and mint-citrus fruits.

The dining options consist of fresh croissants, muffins and cookies. However, a larger menu with breakfast rolls will be introduced later.
