MPB approves 19-story co-living tower in downtown Orlando
The city planning agency has just approved a submitted master plan for the construction of a 19-story mixed-use tower in downtown Orlando that will make this possible Co-living arrangements.
The plans for the Signature building include 182 residential units and more than 14,100 SF of office and commercial space as well as a new multi-storey car park with 252 parking spaces for real estate behind the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center in 401 S. Rosalind Avenue [GMap].
Plans call for a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments that rent from the bedroom for around $ 1,000 per month and cover internet, laundry, and utilities. Housekeeping is available for an additional $ 25 per month.
Additional features include a private dog park on the sixth floor, an outdoor yoga area and in-house coworking spaces.
The project must now receive a full appearance certificate in order to proceed and apply for building permits.
