To illuminate central Florida’s diverse dining scene, this advertising campaign has become a hallmark of the traditionally food-centric fall scene in Orlando.

The event starts on Friday, August 28th and continues through Sunday, October 4th. Again, diners have the opportunity to sample three-course Prix Fixe meals from a variety of Central Florida restaurants – all for $ 35 per person!

Even better-$ 1 off the price of each meal will be used for Feed the Need Florida, which provides healthy food to deserving families during the COVID crisis. The Orlando 4Roots-led organization has served nearly 1 million meals in the area this year.

How it works

Here’s how it works: Check the Magical Dining website to see if your favorite restaurant is participating this year. In this case, you can reserve a table directly through the website. When you arrive, be sure to request the special Magical Dining menu from your server.

At the time of going to press, 53 restaurants are participating in this year’s event. However, keep checking back on the website as more restaurants are added.

And that’s it!

Magical food in the time of COVID

However, keep in mind that this year will look a little different than previous magical food years. Keep an eye out for these changes thanks to COVID:

Improved security measures. All participating restaurants are implementing improved security measures, including a 50% reduction in indoor capacity, tables at least two meters apart, face masks and gloves for employees, and increased disinfection measures.

Open air dining options. Many of this year’s participating venues have expanded or created open air seating for a safer experience for guests.

Take-away and delivery. Many of Magical Dining’s participating restaurants are offering takeout and delivery for this year’s event. Whether you dine in your own home or prefer an evening out, you can still enjoy an incredible meal while supporting a good cause at the same time.

Reservations are recommended. Due to the reduced capacity, reservations are strongly recommended for this year’s Magical Dining. Click through the website to make your reservation or call your preferred venue directly.
