Obsessing about cooking shows can be difficult. On the one hand it is fascinating to see how the food is expertly prepared, but the moment you remember not being able to try the food for yourself is heartbreaking. Well, that is about to change for people who live in the Orlando area as Gordon Ramsay has announced that he is opening a fish and chip restaurant in Florida.

This will be the Hell’s Kitchen star’s first fish and chip restaurant opening outside of Las Vegas, and it will be his first restaurant in Florida. He made the announcement on Instagram with a headline stating that the restaurant was opening in ICON Park in Orlando. “I’m very excited to announce that @gordonramsayfishandchips is on its way to #Orlando! Right, I’m bringing #FishandChips to @iconparkorlando this summer! Can’t wait Gx,” he wrote in the headline.

ICON Park is an open-air entertainment destination with bars, restaurants, and attractions like a ferris wheel. Black Shelton’s Ole Red Restaurant is also located in the park. Gordon’s restaurant serves fish and chips (duh!) And other fast-casual dishes like shrimp, chicken, and milkshakes. A milkshake, the Sticky Toffee Shake, is even garnished with a biscoff biscuit. Fish & Chips also has a fully stocked bar for guests aged 21 and over.

“I can’t wait to see you. I’m so excited and I promise you will love her,” he said in his announcement. Yes Boss!!!
