Female bodies found in woods near busy Orlando Junction


ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman’s body was discovered Wednesday in the woods near a busy intersection in Orlando, leading to a death investigation.

Orlando police said the body was found around 5:35 p.m. in a wooded area near John Young Parkway and Princeton Street.

Police said a witness took her into the forest, but no further details, including the woman’s death, were released.

The witness was interviewed by officers but not arrested or arrested, police said.

An investigation is still ongoing.

Orlando police said last night they found a body in the woods on North John Young Parkway near Princeton Street. Investigators in the murder spent hours this morning searching the area for evidence. I’ll tell you more live this morning at 5:30, 6, and 6:30.
