“Where’s the LAMB SAUCE? WHERE’S THE LAMB SAAAAUUUCCCEEEE? “Do we have to say more?

British superstar, Michelin-starred and critically acclaimed chef Gordon Ramsay is bringing his screaming and culinary talents to Orlando later this summer.

“I’m very excited to announce that we’re opening our very first Gordon Ramsay Fish & Chips outside of Vegas – for the first time in beautiful Orlando, Florida,” said the celebrity chef on his Instagram.

Not only will it be the first fish and chips outside of Sin City, but it will also be the chef’s debut in the Sunshine State.

Since the pandemic began, Florida has been a safe haven for restaurants looking for a fresh start. Whether it was escaping a state with tight bans and restrictions or a change of scene, the Sunshine State has seen one of the biggest booms in restaurant openings recently.

South Florida has become the permanent home of some of the most iconic restaurants in the country due to the opportunities for job loss in other states and high tax rates.

We’re arriving in the summer months of 2021, and well over a year after the pandemic began, new restaurants are set to take their place in Florida’s booming food economy.

Ramsay’s fish and chip concept becomes the newest addition to the growing Florida dining scene, joining Mickey and Friends in Orlando.

“I promise you – you will love it,” said Ramsay.

Ramsay is known for having his anger fit in the middle of the kitchen on the powerful, popular reality cooking show “Hell’s Kitchen”. He is undoubtedly one of the most admired and feared chefs in the world.

If its Las Vegas menu gives a hint of what to expect in Orlando, diners can expect fried fish combinations, lobster and shrimp, or chicken with sea salt chips (fries for us Americans). Among other things, the menu will be something special, sauces for dressing fish and chips, as well as special chips with different toppings.

The news was well received in the comments section after the announcement was posted and has since generated more applause to continue expanding into Florida.

Look out for Gordon Ramsay’s Fish and Chips restaurant to open sometime this summer. The restaurant is located in ICON Park on International Drive in August.
