Ex-NFL OL Orlando Franklin has lost 102 pounds since playing
Former NFL offensive lineman Orlando Franklin is currently barely recognizable.
Franklin was the subject of a post from 9 News in Denver this weekend about the dramatic weight loss he has been through. Franklin lost 102 pounds from his training camp weight when he reported Denver to be 337 pounds overweight.
Franklin announced to the station that he made the change while he and his wife were expecting their second child. It was at this point that Franklin decided that he needed to be in better shape to be able to take care of the children. So he decided to make a big change. He started running daily and also changed his diet.
“It’s absolutely a lifestyle change,” said Franklin Mike Klis.

Franklin is 235 now and looks like a different person. He admitted that he was always uncomfortable about his weight, but is now happy and proud of the way he looks and full of confidence.
Franklin, 33, played in the NFL from 2011 to 2017. He spent four seasons with Denver, two with the Chargers, and his final year with Washington. Franklin’s weight loss reminds us of what that former pitcher did.
