Every entry, finalist, and winner is a reminder that downtown Orlando is resilient. “

The Partnership with Downtown Orlando ((Facebook | website) Hosted celebrated its 60th anniversary on Tuesday, May 11th with the 32nd Annual Golden Brick Awards event, honoring and celebrating the people, projects and places that made downtown Orlando one more last year made better place.

The following 12 projects were awarded for their work with bricks:

  • ART: JEFRË: connection points
  • COMMUNITY: FAIRWINDS Foundation
  • COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT: Orlando Health Sligh and Copeland Medical Office Complex
  • DIVERSITY: This was home yesterday: the Ocoee massacre of 1920
  • HOSPITALITY: HAEOS about the church
  • INNOVATION: Dr. Phillips Center Frontyard Festival
  • NEW OFFICE DESIGN: RSM US
  • PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION: Parklets: Expansion of retail sales
  • REDESIGN + RENOVATION: Net conversion
  • RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT: The Julian Apartments in the Creative Village
  • SPORT + SPECIAL EVENTS: Bright young things + dazzling nights
  • SUSTAINABILITY + RESILIENCE: Lymmo electric bus fleet
