ORLANDO, Florida. – If you spend a lot of time on Orlando’s various Foodie Facebook groups, you will find that the heaviest meal in town is a pizza from Brad’s Underground Pizza.

Right now the only way to order the pizza is to send the enigmatic Brad a direct message on Instagram, and then – maybe – the one-man Maitland business will bring you a pizza or two. That is, when he can reach you among all the other voracious would-be customers who are crying out for a cake.

Well, that system changes a little. Brad took to Instagram on Monday to announce that he is expanding his operations and moving to Orlando.

According to the post, Brad’s Underground Pizza will become part of Collab Kitchens, 4400A Curry Ford Road, operated by Johnny Tung, one of the brothers behind Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi. The location is a nondescript corner of a larger mall that also houses other ghost kitchens – Bento Express, Doshibox Korean Kitchen, and Lucky Dragon Chinese Takeout. The signage for Brad’s Underground Pizza has not yet been added to the location.

According to the Post, deliveries are taken over by a third-party delivery service, which was not announced. Orders will also be placed through a new website, BradsUnderground.com.

The website reveals a little more about the move and shows that the new setup could be done in the first week of July.

When you order, the website will show you the next available delivery time or a list of available delivery times if you wish to book for a later date. As soon as a delivery time is booked, it disappears according to the website.

“I’m still a one-man-one-owner business, and I do this for the people of Orlando. I’m doing this because we need it. I do this because this is the food I grew up with and love. I enjoy sharing a little bit of my childhood with everyone, ”Brad wrote online.

Currently, Brad’s Underground Pizza serves thin crust pizza, double-decker pizza, and a Chicago-style deep dish, but the new website suggests Brad might offer soups, pastas, hot dogs, and Italian beef sandwiches.
